As Newport’s new major shareholder and CEO, Jules will leverage his extensive global network, skill set and industry knowledge for Newport Capital Group and Newport’s clients.

Pauline’s career has maintained a primary focus on growth initiatives, global systems implementation, integration projects, accounting functions, and day-to-day business operations. Before joining Newport Capital Group in 2019, Pauline worked extensively in the technology, advertising and marketing sectors in finance and operations.
As Newport’s COO, Pauline is responsible for all day-to-day operations, regulatory compliance, legal liaison, and corporate finances. She is also formally, the Company Secretary.

Glenn Farquharson
Director of Fixed Income
Glenn has worked in the Australian financial markets since 1989.
He has held executive roles throughout his career and performed as department head in many of Australia's leading financial services groups. His energy and passion for the fixed income markets have been greatly appreciated by his client base.
Having transacted in excess of AU$80 Billion, for this very reason, he can proudly introduce Newport Capital to the international markets.

Michael is a Chartered Accountant with expertise in commerce, law, finance, property, and technology. He has been assisting companies grow their operations with everything from brand acquisition and international distribution, to budgeting and debt or equity raising.
Michael’s interest in technology and deal-making led him to Newport Capital in 1995 where until 2000 he was actively involved in mergers and acquisitions, buy-side and sell-side engagements, and capital raisings for both private and public companies.
He successfully completed 15 transactions in his five year tenure at Newport Capital with values between AU$3 Million - AU$40 Million. Examples vary from executing the sale of a TV Satellite Network to an Israeli company to his largest transaction, the sale of an Australian ERP system business to a South African company.
