Injecting continuous growth, via both complex GTM structures and M&A, throughout enterprise, commercial, channel, and alliances across the TMET sector, in the Americas and Asia Pacific since 2008.
As Newport’s major shareholder and Executive Chairman, Jules leverages his extensive global network, skill set and industry knowledge for the Newport Capital Group and Newport’s clients.
Michael Shandler qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1981 with expertise and degrees in commerce, law, finance, property, and technology. He has been assisting companies grow their operations with everything from brand acquisition and global distribution, to budgeting, debt and equity raising.
Michael’s interest in technology and deal-making led him to Newport Capital in 1995 where he is actively involved in mergers and acquisitions, buy-side and sell-side engagements, and capital raisings for both private and public companies.
He has successfully completed numerous transactions at Newport Capital.

Keith is a seasoned finance executive and strategic advisor with over 30 years of global experience in corporate finance, M&A, restructuring, and cross-border operations.
He has served as CFO and director for numerous high-growth businesses and multinational companies, including Nasdaq-listed firms, and has successfully completed over 20 business acquisitions and exits.
A founder of five start-ups and a trusted advisor to SMEs, Keith combines deep commercial insight with hands-on operational expertise across Australia, the UK, the US, and Southeast Asia. He holds fellowships with ICAEW and ATMA, and is a qualified Chartered Accountant.
Angus is an experienced corporate development executive with a proven track record in working with companies to deliver significant value to their shareholders.
A key member of the leadership team of an energy holding company, which generated AU$650m in market capitalisation across the Group and significant returns to shareholders.
Experience in managing international stakeholders across Asia, the Middle East, Africa, the Americas and Europe while also founding a corporate affairs firm which was shortlisted as boutique agency of the year in 2023 and 2024.
